Žan Klod Triše: Inflacija na duži period

Ocekivana inflacija na duzi periodInflacija za petnaestočlanu zajednicu zone evra je ozbiljan problem i svi bi u njoj trebalo da se naviknu na više cene energenata, upozorio je predsednik Evropske centralne banke Žan Klod Triše.

On je to izjavio pošto je ECB ostavio osnovnu kamatnu stopu na nivou od četiri procenta, kolika je bila i pre toga. Kako je i ranije upozoravao, Triše je i sada naglasio da se sa inflacijom mora računati u nešto dužem periodu.

Na pitanje da li je moguće na bilo koji način kompenzovati narastajuće troškove energenata i hrane predsednik Evropske centralne banke je odgovorio da to nije moguće.

On je rekao da je u većini slučajeva u pitanju, zapravo, povratni transfer sredstava u zemlje koje su ranije trpele nejednaku razmenu i da se to sada mora prihvatiti kao svršena činjenica. Prema najnovijem nalazu ECB-a, koji će biti obelodanjen danas, u ranim mesecima ove godine doošlo je do daljeg stezanja na planu zajmova kompanijama u zoni evra.

Insistiranje na starim stopama pri jučerašnjim odlukama Evropske centralne banke i Engleske banke pokazuje da bojazan od inflacije nadmašuje brige oko privrednog rasta.
